To Fit: SAAB 9-3 Sports Saloon/Sedan, Combi 2003 onwards & Convertible 2004 onwards with 2.0 or 1.8 Litre Turbo Engine (B207)

*Lower right hand hard pipe not suitable for XWD all wheel drive models.

This upgrade kit offers a significant improvement over the original parts and is equally suited for someone wishing to replace a failed pipe on a standard engine or to achieve the highest possible horsepower from their tuned engine whilst retaining reliability. Do88's charge pipe has considerably better airflow than stock, this is verified by several tests, both in car and on do88.se's own SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench.

The charge pipe between the turbo and intercooler is manufactured in 2,5” (63mm) and the pipe between intercooler and throttle body is 2,75" (70mm). Both pipes are mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipe. CNC machined sensor flange for best fit.

Custom made high quality silicone hoses with 4 layers of polyester reinforcement and steel wire. These hoses can handle very high temperature and vacuum!

This kit is supplied with all the necessary hardware for installation.

Special note regarding installation of this pipe kit on to convertible 'soft top models ;

Convertible models have an additional 4 point strengthening brace fitted under the engine that is not used on saloon or estate models. When installing the pipe kit onto these cars, it is necessary to space down the brace using washers and slightly longer bolts to allow clearance of the under engine pipe. Please refer to our large images for an example of this process which a customer kindly provided.

NB: As the DO88 Intercooler has increased outlet diameters compared to the OEM (or OEM equivalent) Intercooler you must select the correct Intercooler type from the options below.
